Our new Chef, Nick Collins

A few weeks back we welcomed our new Chef at Argyle Attic. He’s been hard at work putting his own touches on many of our menu items and introduced a few new favourite features, including our Quinoa Power Bowl, Caprese Grilled Cheese and Deep Fried Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough… Yes, you read that right.

You’re going to notice quite a few more changes with our food program over the next weeks in both Argyle Attic and Smiths Pub and a little after that, a new menu.
